Being a independent agency owner, it's very easy to get stuck on the "next deal hamster wheel", or dealing with the mountain of admin work we have to keep on top of. Even though we always have the best intentions, it's super easy to lose sight of other (non-work-related) important things, like giving back to communities, outside of our own community.

What Does 'Giving Back' Mean to Us?

For us, "giving back" aren't just two nice sounding buzzwords - it’s something we're committed to.


That's why we've partnered closely with two wonderful Australian charities, dedicating both our recruitment talent and services, and our money.

Get Involved

EatUp Australia

Eat Up is Australia’s only organisation providing free lunches to hungry Australian kids, who would otherwise go without. To date, they have provided over 3.7 million lunches to Aussie kids in need! 


Recruitment United has pledged to donate between 5-10% of all annual profits to Eat Up Australia.


Plus, twice a year, as a group, we'll be rolling up our sleeves and bashing out 1000+ sandwiches to be delivered to hungry Aussie kids!

Project Placed

Project Placed is on a mission to give every job seeker in Australia free expert career coaching, with absolutely no catches.


All Recruitment United Members have access to volunteering with Project Placed, putting their amazing recruitment skills to good use (for just 1 hour a month), and making a huge difference in people's lives.

There's a big old world outside of the recruitment industry.  And whilst we might have crap days, crap months, and even crap quarters...  Most of us are lucky enough not to be having crap lives.


The fact that we're running our own little empires means we're winning at life.


So let's, as a group, set aside a small amount of time (for struggling job-seekers) and money (for hungry Aussie kids), and try and help others less fortunate than us.


How You Can Help: When joining Recruitment United, a percentage of your monthly subscription will go straight to Eat Up Australia.  And you can also register to volunteer with Project Placed, becoming a specialist job-seeker's mentor, helping others get back in the workforce, via Recruitment United.
